Please help! SketchUp sees no plugins!

I uninstalled and reinstalled SketchUp for unrelated reasons, and now I cannot use any of my old plugins. The plugins folder is there and intact, but SketchUp sees nothing. I have installed and reinstalled. Enabled the few extensions under preferences, but I have 50+ plugins that are simply not showing up at all.
I don't know what to do!

Which OS do you use?
Did you install it in a different folder unintentionally? -
Did you happen to uninstall SU8 and install SU2013?
SU2013 has a slightly different folder structure.
