2013 geolocation issue

As an office we recently upgraded 10 users to sketchup 2013. Since the upgrade, I am the only one having an issue with the geolocation features. When attempting to geolocate in any of the 3 methods available I am getting a blank dialog box. I have access to the warehouse and can easily download models etc. I still have sketchup 8 installed and the geolocation tools work perfectly. As I do this quite often, it would be nice to be able to do this within 2013 and not have to keep working back and forth between versions. Any ideas on what is causing this? Any help would be much apprecitated.

<guessing> It could be a Flash issue. You might open Internet Explorer and go update/install flash. There is a chance that might work.

Is the dialog box completely blank, or is only the map blank?
As you say that you can access 3D Warehouse inside SketchUp, it is probably not your firewall blocking SketchUp. I think it should even work without flash, but sometimes the browser's cache contains old or corrupted files. Try clearing the cache and cookies of the OS's default browser (Internet Explorer/Safari).

Thanks again for the suggestions. I had a chance to clear the cache and update flash and all seems good there but the issue is persisting. Thanks again for your thoughts, I welcome any ideas to help potentially resolve this.
