        Modelling a Gothic Window #1 | SketchUcation

This SketchUp tutorial is the first in the series about Gothic architecture. Now we shall only model the basic opening, the splayed embrasure, a basic frame and create the necessary components so that the window will cut holes into walls later correctly.

        Gothic Window #2 - A Simple Tracery | SketchUcation

In this SketchUp tutorial, we are going to add a simple tracery - practically a sort of mullion division in "Perpendicular Style" where only the top part of the tracery will be a little bit more complex.

Yeah, my idea was to go on with the series (not only Gothic but anything architecture history related like the domes I also made tutorials of) - it's just the time and the primary need to make a living before I can dedicate more resources to these tutorials.

Well Life is Life...it goes up and it goes down, but a man with your talent shouldnt find it to hard to make a living....but the next time you find yourself back on stable ground, please start with a gothic series first, also if your finding hard ways of making cash lets talk about marketing this book and so forth and so on, I bet any CG Artist would'nt mind have a gothic tutorial on how to make a gothic cathedral and a gothic castle tutorial series lol and with a video tutorial it wouldnt take you nierly as long to make the tutorial then having to write it out each time.....ok rambling on well lets continue to see what comes out of this story as it unfolds
