Layout preferences, from meter to milimeter ?

Hi. I got one problem, every time when I use dimension tool, this make me measurements in meters, instead of millimeters, I look on preferences but cant find ?

Chose dimension tool, and open dimension toolbar from right, and set from meters to millimeters
