My Orbit Gravity is Reversed

Ordinarily when the Orbit tool is used gravity is maintained. Pressing the control key on a PC suspends gravity when using the Orbit tool.
For some reason, my gravity is gone, and I can only get gravity back when I press the control key, which is essentially backwards. I cannot figure out how to reverse this so that gravity is maintained when orbiting normally, and only suspended when using control.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
