Everything is gone!

Hi folks, this is my first post.
As a newbie I just gave up on restoration of a clipping file. Builded everything new and just when it was finished, I accidentally clicked the section plane button and my drawing was gone. I did see the axis still, but in trying to get the drawing back they too disappeared. There's still 20 Mb of data in the file, but I can't even add a thing. What to do?

This is what came to mind: top line menu: Edit> Unhide--all. Next: View> Section Cuts, View> hidden geometry, Window>layers, if any other than default layer, make visible.
You can click on any section plane "frames" and delete.

Edit: zoom extents. Also set Camera> perspective, uncheck parallel projection
