Hello, I have a problem (img)
does not fall down, also in Fire.
What to do?

maybe reinstall Silverlight or try the new plugin without silverlight.
if that doesn't help you should contact JDHill...

now i see that you're using SU 2013 which isn't officially supported yet, but accourding to JD it should work (the lastest version) -
Ran into the same issue after installing, tried going back to a earlier version of Silverlight but to no avail.
But now there is a update to Maxwell Render, appears they have moved away from Silverlight & now supports Sketchup 2013.Here is the link to the Maxwell's website
