Components bend dynamically?

Is it possible to make a (dynamic?) component that can bend to the left or right at any angle specified if I want it to?

You can't bend the geometry of a component, but you can make a multipart component where each part turn.
That's the way this bridge works (use the interact component tool) :

Hey I know this was a while ago but what is the name of the function for make it appear to bend, like with that bridge?
