Problem making a bend with curved edges

I am having a problem making a bend with a curved edge, a portion, particularly on the inner bend always tend to have a blank space.. that white space on the picture is actually a blank space.. any tips on how to make it perfect? Thanks.

I'm guessing that if you throw a tape measure anywhere near your model it will be showing quite small sizes.
SU has a problem creating very small or very large faces. They can exist but can be problematic to produce.Simple fix is to work on a more generic scale, in other words if it is tiny scale it up and if it is huge scale it down. Generally people scale up by 10 or 100. This makes it simple to scale up, model and scale back down.
So in your example above, scale up before you create the curve and it should happily form the missing face, then you can scale back down and the face will remain. Often it is easier to work your whole model at a larger scale and then rescale the whole thing to actual size when you are finished.
