1/23/2015 has downloaded and has established "PlusSpec is a plugin for SketchUp" under the instruction: https://buy.plusspec.com/download "for Windows ... Metrik", But program "PlusSpec" was established incorrectly with errors;

Sorry Aleks, I do not have PlusSpec, I was just thinking that there are not that many users that use PlusSpec on this site and that is why I suggested you also try to ask for help there.

How long have you been waiting for a response on their website?

Aleks, I've PM'd the guys from PlusSpec to follow up this thread. Karel is right;; best to post directly to the PlusSpec forum if you're having issues. I always get a response from there....

Igor we always get back to our users. We have encountered this problem once before yet can not replicate on the 30 plus computers with the same spec as yours in our office. Do you have time to contact us today? we will actually log into your computer remotely and do our best to fix it. It would be great to know why 1 in 1000 computers does this and you could really help us. In return we will extend your license for free.

I am talking with the developer as I type and he is asking what the system language is set to ?
And what Language of Sketchup did you buy?

Could you please go to the forum, I pay someone full time to check it yet I can not pay 30 people to check every forum every minute of the day.

This problem appears to come when a Sketchup user is using a none English version. We are yet to confirm but this seams to be the issue from testing in our office.
I am sorry to say the Plusspec currently works with the English version of Sketchup. We will be looking into this more. I hope that helps.
Also Igor I noticed that you do not have a paid version of PlusSpec yet you have used a trial version sometime ago. This is where you problem stems from.

You speak about what trial version, whence you have an information that I use the trial version? Do not mislead people!

There was no day that I managed to start yours "Plusspec" for check! And you here speak about any use...???!

Has passed TWO weeks (with 1/23/2015 in the 2/9/2015) at you on correction of errors...!
And even now I cannot EVEN TRY yours "Plusspec"!

Here it I have sent in yours those support:
Your plug-in PlusSpec was established now. BUT is not present what possibility to check up it on working capacity!

At attempt to make activation it gives out an error and blocks all further actions, does not allow to do what changes - though how many to reboot Sketchup!
Here an error code:

To have to do only full removal of it PlusSpec.

What now yet so? That further...?
The answer while is not present, as always, it is necessary to have patience... That it to wait.
