LumenRT 4 trial issues

Hi
Just downloaded the trial of LumenRT 4 to use with sketch-up pro 8. When I try and export the scene into lumenRT it seems to crash out. Tried with large and architectural scenes and smaller and both crash out after I press the start button. Tryied taking off fast export. Also having problems opening files straight into the LumenRT. Had better luck when trial was on laptop but was very slow and unresponsive.
Anybody else had similar problems?

Are you able to export simple scenes?
Do you have any other plug-ins that might be conflicting with LumenRT?
