Closing a group makes it dissappear

Hi all
When I try to edit the bottle group and then close it , it disappearsI also have to draw a line to close the group
Very weird any ideas?

This is weird just tried on the uploaded file and all works ok

Might be some layer problem ...Sometimes I draw some part of the geometry on a different layer and when I get back to the main layer,and the other layer is hidden, it gives me the impression that there is missing geometry and when I try to refill it won't do it because there can't be same geometry on two layers!

There are no layers other than Layer0 (at least in the downloadable version - especially regards to deanlegg's comment here).
Also no disappearing and everything works fine here...
