Curved ramp between 2 curved walls
-
Hi guys,
I would firstly like to say what a great forum you have here. I recently began using sketchup as part of my degree at uni so please excuse my questions if they are at a beginner level. The problem that I'm having is creating a curved ramp that goes from ground level to the upper level whilst being confined by 2 curved walls. I have been trying for hours but I cannot get it done. I also tried the shape bender by Chris but that doesn't work either (great plugin none the less). I have attached an image of what I want to do and the area in red shows the 2 curved walls and where I want the ramp to flow. I would appreciate any help.
Regards.

Hi Guys,
I would firstly like to thank you all very much for the very quick replies which ofcourse solved my problems. I managed to draw up the ramp that I needed. However, I now have encountered another problem which I seek you help in. I did not want to create a new thread for it so I'll just ask you here. Well my problem has basically got to do with unhiding elements in a group. I was in the process of drawing a staircase for my project and as you know a staircase is made up by various elements so I isolated the staircase in a separate layer and called it "staircase" and I then further isolated each elements such as hand rails, treads and supports in their respective groups to keep everything organised. Now however one of the elements does not want to unhide itself. I strongly remember hiding it rather than deleting it and I read around and tried the outliner, checked the view>hidden geometry and also went into each group and preformed the unhide command but still nothing would show up. I thought I would focus else where in the project before I re-did that particular part and seek your help.
Thankyou

model of stairs would help which includes your hidden layer/group.
