Merge a road model into a terrainmodel?

Hi,
I have successfully imported and created a terrain-model from Novapoint (dwg) into SU (7.1) and I have also successfully imported my road-model from Novapoint (dwg). I'm using the same coordinates from Novapoint for both models so the road is placed in the right position into the terrain-model.
Question:
How do I merge my road-model into the terrain so that the terrains surface adjusts around the road?
Is there any plugin for this kind of operation?//Georgi
