Tools on Surface

Hi,
I'm trying to download the latest versions of Tool on Surface and I need to get the Fredo plugin in order for this to work. However, when I go to download either of these, I get signed out and it says I'm not authorised to download these plugins. I am a Premium Member. Please help.

Hi David,
This must be some browser setting. Please, make sure that you enable cookies in your browser and (if you use IE) you also set "Internet security" to something lower than the strictest as in that case IE prevents the site from setting cookies.
If everything fails, please, try another browser (yes, I know this is a lame suggestion - at least for testing) or to very quickly trouble shoot the problem for the time being, you can send an email to me and I'll email the requested plugins to you (again, should not be an ultimate solution).
When you are logged in, what happens if you visit other parts of the site, too? Are you still logged in? (You can see yourself in the top right box)

Thanks for the reply. It did work with Safari on my mac and then I transferred the files accross.
On my pc, with IE it doesn't work although it doesn't sign me out when I move between pages, only when I try to download a plugin. I tried looking for the IE security settings but can't seem to find them.
