      This model -the room I mean- was originally modeled by Podium's Bigstick, and rendered with, I believe, Podium 1.7. I decided to redo it with Podium V2.

              Yeah, looks the best. Perhaps the bump on the floor is too strong. Have you used displacement?

                No, I didn't. And you are right, I think.
                It's interesting how the bump is much less prominent in the BSD render.
