Like it. I think I prefer this style in some ways, smooths out the change from photo to rendered textures. PS Filters? Fotosketcher on low?

Thanks for the comments. I replied to this this morning but looks like I hit Preview button instead
old age comes to us all."different approach" maybe wrongly worded. I was unhappy with the finished render as it was overly green, so lowered the saturation and applied a colour wash overlay and changed the blending mode.
