When using Google Earth to create the terrain it seems to me that it is out of focus. Is there a way of fixing this?

I'm not sure I know exactly what you mean, but are you saying the terrain image is a bit fuzzy? Probably no easy way around that. It comes in at the resolution it likes best. So I don't think its out of focus, I think its just low-res.

Yes it is fuzzy. But considering that Sketchup was and GE is a Google product why they would limit the resolution when importing terrain? I was hoping not having to create the terrain from scratch.

Yep, they were the same company. But GE was always nervous to allow massive hi-res downloads of their images. Plus SU doesn't handle super hi res images well. So at some point its useless to make the images anything over 1024 or 2048.

In any case I believe that you can't have better precision for Altitude than 70 m between curves level!
