Kerkythea offline ?

I get this error message when going to Kerky home page

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /joomla/index.php on this server.
Anyone else have this problem ?
Is Kerkythea shut down or ???

me too. Only discovered it was down when I was trying to find out if there is a way to crea a nebula like environment
