Layout 3 crash

This is a copy of a post I have placed on Google groups in desperation. Anyone here have any ideas about this?
"I also am suffering with Layout 3 and no response from the tech support. I have transferred my Pro license to a new PC running Windows 7, 64 bit. Sketchup runs fine as the Pro version but Layout gives the ' Layout has stopped working' error report. Style builder doesn't respond at all. I have deleted and re installed several times and am also in the middle of several projects without the ability to print my plans. Anyone have any ideas? I am frustrated with the lack of response from the support team even accounting for a time difference. Posting this on Sketchucation as well."

Sounds terrible. No idea here on the LO problem. But if need be, I am sure someone here can help by creating export images of your layout files (for the immediate projects).

Thanks, hadn't thought of that. I have an Architect next door to us at work who could probably do exports but I need to find a solution. Just got nice new fast PC and can't 'play'

Resolved. Not entirely sure how but the only change I made was to remove all old files/directories left behind after uninstalling SU Pro on the old machine.
