Drawing read only?

Is there a way to safe a drawing from changing by others like in MS Office the read only possibility?

Not in Sketchup. There are lots of other applications you can export a SketchUp model but that would mean losing a bunch of features, too. Most common would be an interactive, 3D PDF or an online viewer or a walkabout "game like" application.
