Between 6 and (7 & 8), there is diffence of speed for "big projects" + Dynamic component
But as i don't mke big projects and no dynamic componet...6 is sufficient for read the files posted here

Awesome new site, guys!
However...it broke the plugin-checker-plugin... there's a forum-url hardcoded in that... Maybe you could make that url temporarily exist and point at the new url that it's become.
