Free Topological Map?

Does anyone have any suggestions for free topo maps? I've tried the USGS website, but there seems to be a problem with my browser that won't allow me to access the free downloads page.
(I've checked all the settings including the anti-script ware I'm using)

That's probably the best way to go. Try a different browser. There are many sites that offer the USGS data for free. So keep trying different sites until you find one that works for you.
What area are you looking for?

I normally get my topo data directly from the client, but when I can't I try USGS and is that doesn't work I go to the local county or city and look for their Assessor's website and it normally has Topo and Plat data.
