Layout Drafting Tools

I have to admit, when I saw that Layout had been updated, I got my hopes up that more substantial changes had been made. I really wish they would work on making the drafting tools a bit better (IE: Dimension tool). It could be a more precise when placing the end of a dimension string. Or maybe I just still haven't figured out the trick yet.

So far I haven't found any problems with precision. Sometimes the endpoints on the model don't appear to line up correctly with the dimensions (or is it the other way around?) but it's possible to fix that by slightly resizing the viewport. It would be nice if that wasn't needed.
