Just wanted to say hello and how pleased I am to find this forum, I have lightly dabbled with sketchup on and off for the past couple of years and have decided to try an imporve my modelling skills past basic boxes!!!Hoping to learn lots and not ask to many silly questions, my modeling knowledge is as close to non-existant as possible.

There's practically no "silly" question here. This is why we set up this section: all newbies feel free to ask whatever they are not certain about.
