HELP with truck rendering

i am trying to figure out some custom work i want to do on my truck....im ok at sketchup...but a full rendering of a car are truck is beyond my level...please any1 help...i will not up load this to warehouse and i will not take the credit of your work....im just needing a modle that i can add suspinsion color and body mods to.....thanks for any help -
