LO export to DXF/DWG doesn't respect arcs in SU file

Hi All,
I've combed the previous posts and haven't found a definitive answer to this.
Models drawn in SU that are imported into LO for dimensioning, then exported get exploded.
Of particular concern is that circles and arcs aren't exported as such, rather line segments.The workaround is to export the actual model to 3D-DXF, but then I loose the benefit of having neatly dimensioned CAD files I can send to my manufacturers. Is there a particular set of export parameters I'm not properly selecting in Layout, or can you recommend another workaround?
