Please suggest some plug in to remoove these lines. These are not hidden geometry.
I have installed plug in CLEAN UP but these does not help in these situation. I can use combination with SU ERASE tool + SHIFT to hide them, but it takes many time.

Shift+Erase will only hide them but you want to soften them. That's Ctrl+Erase. And no, those edges cannot be removed because in that curve, they support facets (just turn on hidden geometry to see all under the View menu).

What you can do is to select all > right click > soften/smooth edges (a dialog will pop up although for me, it is never open but rolled up to its title bar) and start pulling the slider to the right (more angle) or to the left (less angle) until you are satisfied. Soften some edges manually (Ctrl+Eraser) if there are some tiny bits that misbehave.

Just realised faster way. Switch on WIREFRAME view, select lines, right click HIDE. Little bit faster maybe.

There is a very big difference between hidden and softened edges. Simply hidden edges will not create a smooth surface and it will remain faceted.

By any chance, are there not unnecessary, horizontal faces inside that shape? That would explain why they do not soften (but make sure to check with hidden geometry turned on now that you started hiding stuff). If there are, they need to be removed.

                Hi folks.

Triple click the object to select all of it or use CTRL-A if you have only this object in the model.

After that, right click on any selected edge and choose Soften/Smooth Edges in the contextual menu. Move the slider to the right to get required result.

This will smooth all edges in one go.

                Just ideas.

I would suggest ThomThom's CleanUp plugin. Tick "Merge CoPlanar Face" and set the smoothing angle to 35 degrees. - http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?t=22920
