Sketchup 8 displays behind other windows
-
Windiows 7, Intel G33/G31 Express Chip Set display adapter. Sketchup 8 works fine, then starts displaying behind other windows on screen when started. I've only been able to fix it by re-installing Sketchup. It's a pain since I've done it 3 times in the last week or so.

Malcolm, although I am not a hardware expert, I doubt that that chipset fully supports OpenGL (the 3D rendering engine behind SU). What happens if you disable hardware acceleration under Window > Preferences > OpenGL settings in SketchUp?
