Possible Boolean Difference or/and Artisan but SU is not very suit for big project of this sort!
It's not a Subdivision modeler
Try more the free TopMod (hard) or Blender(hard) or Hexagon(easy) or a Moi a Nurbs Modeler (easy but not free) -
