The plugin is installed.

when i run SU it shows at the very beginning the two popup windows to choose the modell and the settings.

there ist no toolbar
the plugin doesn't appear at the list to make the toolbar visible.

I don't have the plugin but do you need to go to Window>Preferences>Extensions and tick the box for the plugin?

It's very possible that the author needs to make an update to the plugin. If you have the Ruby Console open do you get any messages?
