Flash animation export tool

I remember a tool a while ago that exported a series of scenes that you determined into a flash type animation that the user could rotate with a cursor but i can not seem to find this, does anyone know what I am speaking about?

Not flash based but the engine is javascript (if I am not mistaken) if you mean the SketchUp Web Exporter Plugin (still in "Beta" and Windows only)
