New to Section Cuts

Hello everyone. I'm Karl. I've recently had the "pleasure" of becoming my company's resident Sketchup go-to guy. I'm trying to make sectiion cuts of a plant site I designed. I can get SU to export the file, but when it converts it into a DWG, there are lines missing. Any ideas why? ANY help is GREATLY appreciated.

You mean you are exporting cuts as dwg, right?

Yes. I'm exporting the cuts as DWG's and when I do, the lines don't always show up and there are lots of gaps. Could it be because the file is pretty large?

Have you tried with any simpler / smaller file?

Yeah. It seemed to work on a smaller file. I just didn't know if file size had anything to do with it.

Me neither. I have never had this issue I have to say. True that I have never even exported enormous section cuts. How big is it (I mean by metres / feet)? Is it not too far from the origin? Was there any CAD import originally?
