Corner Building.

Gracias

Even though you are doing it at dusk, I think the lights and candles should be casting on to the surfaces around them. It would give a little extra to the roof scenes.
Google Translate (no idea if this has worked)
A pesar de que usted lo está haciendo en la oscuridad, creo que las luces y las velas deben ser de fundición en las superficies que los rodean. Se daría un poco más para las escenas del techo.

Thanks for the advice , the sails need a lot more work, it is true.
google translator is not the best, but it's the best I could find. -
There is a potential danger near the building's edge where the wall meets the glass balustrade. A child could easily topple over the balustrade at that point. In fact, the whole edge of the raised area presents a safety hazard (thinking here of people not being aware of the drop and stepping backwards). The obvious solution is to have a glass balustrade edging the raised area, including either side of the steps. Also gives people something to lean on.
Otherwise, very nice.
Kind regards,

It is true!!, add a guardrail in that area (is more, is included in the project) and also a pergola roof.

Hi, I agree with watkins:
I viewed this series earlier and I really like your work here. I just assumed that you did not include what he suggested in order to showcase the pool deck concept more clearly. But most definitely, in my country, safety regulations would require a stair rail system and deck edge rail. I would even have suggested taller glass/rail system at the perimeter, where you would align the top edge closely with one of the joint lines in the wall tiles. Taller glass might help shield the area from strong wind gusts, for comfort, and to keep any cushions from taking flight.
The building exhibits great sensitivity in design with well organized materials, nice choices in color, texture and so forth. A well planned structure. Congratulations. -
Thanks for the tips, it is true what you say, work is underway and todabia todabia add some elements missing, like railings on the edge of the upper level.
Also missing abroad add more urban elements, adjusting some design parameters, people walking etc..

Looks good to me.
The dusk lighting is incredible.
