Image on curved surface

I have been wanting to make a custom coffee cup with a logo on it.
I tried to project an image onto it, which sort of worked. I need to tweak the size of the image to project, to get it right after about 10 tries I gave up.
Is there a plugin that will do this? -

Edit: you will see other posts and threads with those terms highlighted if you do the search. Gaieus was especially helpful on this matter. -
If your coffee cup is made out of quads you can use QuadFace Tools to map the mesh: http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?t=39442#p348501
