      Hi -
Please forgive me if this has been asked and I just missed it. I figured out how to draw and the push pull tool in sketchup but it leaves everything as a flat surface.

I want to give the guitar shape that I draw an arch top like les paul style guitars. Guitars are not square or round it has a combination of flat and rounded sides and I want it all to be pulled curved up and not flat to a slight arch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
      Thank you -
      Keith

Here's a simple way of doing it using the native tools rather than any Ruby script.
You use the Offset tool do draw a few contour lines on the top face. Then select the faces and move them upwards, holding down Alt to invoke the Autofold feature.

Autofold isn't all that good; and you'll likely get quite a few dumb 'guesses', but it only takes a couple of minutes using the Eraser and the Flip Edge tool in the Sandbox to knock them into shape.

You'll have fewer corrections if you only model half the guitar, then copy/flip it when it's looking good.
