Yeah, that may be the only concern (content wise I would not disagree with bumping it by posting new vids as this seems to be pretty useful and very interesting).
Can you make the flash files that they don't start automatically but only when a Play button presed or something (with the controls you are planning to add). Like embedded YouTube videos.
That would make sure that they don't eat up all the bandwidth of a visitor once opens the page with 10 videos at a time.

I have a su feature request to do with this. Being able to toggle selection modifiers on or off would be really nice (ctrl, shift, both ...) I broke my arm recently and this is one of the biggest setbacks I have noticed.
