This is the interior of a Thai shop house. This is a "fly's eye" view as it allows you to look up and down at the same time. There are two types of distortion going on. One is the near 180 degree vertical view. Two, the vertical panorama is made up of a series of handheld photos and the view is not properly calibrated to rotate around the optical center of the lens.

This building is seven stories tall and called a shop house because the family business operated on the first floor and much of the rest of the building was the family residence. You really kick yourself when you walk down 7 floors and then realize you forgot your wallet. Air circulation is not well managed so some of the best interior spaces are left vacant even though they are nicely finished in teak.

Just thought I would pass this on for its architectural interest.

That's awesome Roger! Very cool shot. Did you stitch that together from a series of shots?

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

              on a somewhat related note—

attn: iPhone users (and maybe android?)

search this in the app store:

              360 panorama

[it makes it super easy to create these panos -but- it has a way cooler feature in there as well when it comes to viewing them]

              nice shots roger
