[Feature enabled] Tapatalk android / iphone app
-
Even on my Galaxy III this forum is difficult to view, I use wordpress on my website and recently they had a free upgrade that had an option to enable my site to be used on phones and tablets, it was one click and all went well.

Adding Free Tapatalk means members paying 0.89c to download the tapatalk app from the Appstore (or equivalent) to view the forums through Tapatalk's ad heavy system.
Purchasing a dedicated Basic licence costs $799 + $99/yr iOS Developer Program. Which means selling a dedicated app for SketchUcation.

We've the Free version on a testbed to see how this looks feels etc....but it doesn't allow us to monitor Google Analytics traffic which is incredibly important for us.
I'd would rather re-visit the site template/styling each year and build a completely bespoke system that is both Desktop and mobile friendly. Our current template has a mobile theme that is disabled as it is a bit shit after all the hacking we did to this template.

If you read my earlier reply I'm viewing this on another testing area to see if Tapatalk f@#ked things up before looking at putting it live.
If you wanna test it I'll PM the link but you need that Tapatalk app installed on your girlie phone
-
Installed Tapatalk, lets see how it works

I posted in Premium members general discussions on test site

Must be a fault with that oversized phone you're using.

I can post via Tapatalk but can't see post here. Is it because the Sketchucation test forum site is a duplicate of this one?
-
Yes, it is for testing only.

Just installed this, and I must say this is a great move, alot more mobile friendly and easy to use, but It gets a thumbs up from me

working on an android (Samsung Galaxy S III) but no option to add sub-forums as favorites... definitely much nicer than trying to use web UI. thanks!
