Model T Ford Cabin
-
I am going to build a wooden toy Model T Ford for our woodworking club's toy drive. I want to draw it first so I get to know the model well before cutting any wood. I am having trouble drawing the cabin. It has an angled cabin roof of 10 degrees with rounding in the inside corners. Basically the push/pull is across more than one direction and I can't get it to work. It's hard to explain but here is a picture of the toy that someone else has built:

How do I go about drawing the cabin?

Things are very easy when they still are in primitive shapes like these.
Here is a way to achieve what you are looking for .

Thank you for taking the time to do the drawing. I tried to follow what you did but I got stuck. Could you perhaps write a brief description of what you did and then I might fill in the gaps and get the job done.

Let see :
First, draw a contour of your cabin with Line tool, then push it with Push/pull tool, use Arc tool to bevel the corners, then push the corners. Create two planes to intersect with the main shape. After this, select all the geometry right click and choose Intersect faces (don't forget to explode the planes if you created them as groups). Clean the unwanted geometry and you are done!
Here I tried to explain with more details .
Happy sketching !
