If I understand correctly you wish to create a mesh or net.
Have you tried the sandbox tools?
Window / Preferences / Extensions - Check "x" the sandbox tools.
Then.
View / Toolbars / Sandbox.
You can then use your plane or contours to make a mesh. Double click the mesh and you can "add detail" using sandbox tools.

thank steve 2802,but i want to create the airmchair like the picture i showed,i want to edit the object into the mesh object like picture,oh,my english is not well to destribe correct

Did you make the model in the image? Or do you wish to make the model in the image? Because, here is my interpretation:
View> Hidden Geometry to see the mesh?.
or view in Wireframe Mode. I am thinking you may want the mesh without faces? -

Also for a extruding the edge you can use JPP joint push pull : http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?t=6708.Now depends on how your imagination works.
