is there have a plugin can do like this?
or the ways to do dis quickly?

The third is the result i want.
thanks. -
Hm maybe not exactly. I'll give you a somewhat biased tip
.
You can get crossed lines with angle options in current version of Hatchfaces.Maybe if you try a grid like pattern (cross 90 deg) and a second crosshatching maybe 30 deg.? You'll end up with pic 1.
Do you have a style on? The Vertical middle-edge looks thicker on pic 3.Next version of Hatchfaces will have some more options that could do this kind of thing(pattern style). It's in it's works..

Look under the Plugins Index for 'Latticeizer'.
It works on a grouped set of coplanar faces/edges.
To make the inset edges apply a half-frame sized offset before dividing, otherwise the outermost frame is centered on the perimeter edges too... -
Or is it Lattice Maker v1.2 (TIG) ?
There sure are many plugins to keep track of. Must admit, havent tried them all.
This one looks really interresting though, even if it isen't the one TIG mentioned first. -
My newer 'LatticeMaker' will work too - especially on 3d meshes [e.g. curved roofs], but my simpler/earlier 'Latticeizer' was specifically written for 2d flat coplanar faces groups [e.g. windows]...

Thanks. Waitting TIG's newner script
-
It's 'newer' NOT 'new'!
It's been around for a while...
Look for it in the 'Plugins Index' lists...
'LatticeMaker' works on premade meshes - it has a sibling in the Extrusion Tools tool 'EEbyRailsToLattice' that takes curves and makes the 'mesh-grid', and if option is selected it also frames/panes it...
