Why can't I export DAE files from my SketchUp Pro?

I have try to export dae file from sketchup pro 8, that's ok. But when I try to use my pc that already install sketchup pro 8, it export image files only, the dae file always disappear.
I have try to remove/install sketchup pro 8 or pro 7, always get the same result. The other pc works fine - besides my sketchup pro 8.
Is there any one who have the same problem, or know how to make trouble-shooting?
