Steve Jobs 'lost out on $29b!'
-
Hi Guys,
Just read an article on how Steve Jobs 'lost out on $29b!'. Its seems that he would be worth over $35b if he had not sold off his original shares in Apple and just holding a single share to gain access to the company's annual reports.
Its strange that these reporters only refer to a person's 'worth' from a financial / cash point of view. Also I imagine Steve Jobs would gladly go back to his one share holding if he could get back to perfect health ...... makes you think about what is really 'worth' having!

very interesting.. but you re right mike.. his legacy is more than any money can buy..

He still has more money than he can ever spend in his life. He started out as the man that stood against the man only to become the man he warned us all about.

That's at a bit of a mind bender Pete ...... however you are right, but I think only to a certain extent. If he did not rule with a fist of iron, Apple would not be producing the excellent products they do. The only thing I am sorry about is that I did not buy Apple shares 20 years ago instead of investing in property!

BTW, all the talk about the iPhone5 came to nothing! Apple launched an iPhone4S instead. For me not worth a trade up!
