Ctrl Toggle no longer working for Move tool

Any reason why the Move tool Ctrl-toggle key would just quit working? It used to be when I hit Ctrl while in Move mode, I get a + sign next to Move cursor, but no more. If I Ctrl-Drag selected objects it does make copies, but the Ctrl key HAS TO BE DOWN DURING THE DRAG.
I've removed ALL plugins, and reset everything but the shortcut keys..I guess that's the next thing to try. Bummer.

Did the computer start SketchUp 6 by default on accident? That was an old behasvior of 6 (I think it was 7 when the current behavior was introduced).
So make sure its actually the current version of sketchup that is loading.

Wow, this one was a tough one to track down-- turns out it was of all things, having the Rdio music client running in the background! Turned it off and everything's back to normal. Hope someone else finds this thread helpful!
