Importing & Exporting for 3ds max?(best way)

As the topic says I'm looking for the ways of importing some exported of SU.
As you know it export only dae and kmz... how can I import it in 3ds max in a way which doesn't kill any visual effect in model or something like it?
please tell me all the ways which is out there and the best ones which yourself use.
