Noob Execute command from another plugin.

I would like to execute a command from another plugin inside my ruby code. The other addin is a .rbs file and is either binary or something , because I can't open it inside notepad or another text editor. Is there a way to call the menu item from sketchup??? like UI.SendAction????
Any help would be great.

The rbs file is an encrypted ruby script. The author has chosen to protect his intellectual property, which is his right. I do not have an answer to your question. Perhaps others will respond?

Yup, its an encrypted ruby script. Just put it in the plugins folder and it will load. Is it a SketchUp plugin? Or is it something developed for Ruby outside of the sketchup world?
