Anaglyphic or 3d visual options for Sketchup

Hi everyone this is my first post, I am a designer and have been using Sketchup since it came out, I love how the plugins you choose make the program your own. I have found the tools here to be pure genius.

I know nothing of Ruby script or programming in general but I do know newer video cards support and offer 3D feedback.
The red and blue glasses are old school but I have played in photoshop with rendered images and found the results very interesting. SInce Sketchup is so presentation oriented I'm surprised there is no Anaglyphic option for viewing your work in sketchup or as a rendering option. Since there are so many ways to create a 3d output any of them could be very cool.

Is that something that could be done?

Here is "stereo", a plugin that creates two scenes with some custom settings:

Render (export) the view from the two scenes and use the two images in any sort of anaglyphic software (the "technique" is indifferent; any result should come from the two, original image)

Nice, but does this plugin give 2 seperate skp files? i only ask because i would like to render each L AND R eye images for a animation, if u get my meaning, or does it simply export 2 images directly to an image file from su and has no animation export???

No, it makes two scenes inside the same SU model. It is only good for still images (since SU animation also uses these scenes and it would mes up your animations). Although one could experiment with duplicating each animation scene and then render the animation with each left eye scenes active than with each right eye scenes on - but I doubt that the result would come out nice.

There is Lumion which can render stereo animations. It has a free version, too, try it out (puts a watermark in the corner). Here is a test I made with it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wwgLWx2qa4

Aww thats a shame really, it would be a great plugin if you could animate your su animations in real 3d, im thining maybe this can be done in future ruby, im sure it would be popular also

Sorry to hijack this thread but I was searching for something similar and that link says that the plugin has not yet been developed its status is showing coming soon.
Is there any other plugin that can convert an static sketchup scene to Left, Right images.

Well, Tavi (aka "TBD"), the author is heading out of Smustard as far as I know so his plugins may not be available there any longer (that "coming soon" notice is probably some automated stuff for unavailable plugins).
