Problem adding new attribute

for the maybe stupid question
but in a model of a kitchen cabinet I made
I am trying to add the rotate function
after I have done this I right click save as
when I open the component in the component browser, it appaers but the new attribute is not visible in the component options window
In the window where I have created the cabinet it works, but when I import it in my drawing where I want to place the cabinet, the attribute is not theretx in advance for the help
