Dynamic componet that can be reshaped but keeps the area

Hi,
I have created a box that upon scaling it in one direction it automatically resizes the other one in order to keep same area but it only works for one side. I cannot seem to be able to figure out formulas so I can re-size ANY dimension of the box and it will readjust the other to keep same area. How about actually changing the shape of the box, breaking up its sides etc and still force it to stay A square feet?

I have done a similar one too, and I guess that what you request is mathematically not possible.
